| Forrest
House, the long established residential home in Albert Drive now
needs to be redeveloped to provide accommodation to meet the new
regulations required by the Care Commission.
The original residential accommodation was established 30 years ago and the current redevelopment will hopefully provide long lasting value to those living in Forrest House. Around £800,000 will be needed to completely redevelop the residential accommodation and some of the shared space. Planning consents have already been granted and a capital appeal is currently being developed. We hope to be able to begin work on this during 2007.
